We believe in a HOLISTIC APPROACH -
that every human being is created and designed with four dimensions - emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. We believe that growth and change is best achieved by healing and balancing all four dimensions- mind, body, heart, and soul.

Our spiritual counseling is ultimately concerned with helping people build and enrich their relationships The essence of being human is in our relationships: with others, with ourselves, and ultimately with the Sacred Source of Life itself.

We believe that there is a distinction between "healing" and "curing".  We consider "curing" to refer to attending to the disordered physical or psychological parts of a person. We consider " healing" to mean our personal response to and meaning of the experience.

We believe that "spirituality" is grounded in a holistic framework which recognizes humans to be whole, integrated, mind-body-spirit beings in continual interaction with their environment.
